Re: I Can See Russia...(Seward's Folly)

Chocolategenii:
Palin seems to cave in under pressure from the media. That is not good sign. Just like in his run against Hillary, Obama really does not have to do much more than be himself. The opponent does a great self-destruct job.

If they are not, what do you propose their responsibility should be and how should that be enforced?

Let me go one step further, however, and suggest that if given their way, the so-called right to life supporters would keep condoms out of the picture.
Well, you know what science has proven. Abstinence is 100% effective every time it's used.
On

Re: Policemen to the World

Dax:
Well Law, it was merely a first thought and I haven't worked out the actual economics of it, but if dictators start getting dictatorial, the money-company has the cards. It can always pull up stakes and leave, or deal with their adversary in any number of ways which would probably not be legal here

Alleged? There is video tape of this man dragging her body and putting her on fire; there is video tape of her talking with him at the convenience store; video tape of his buying gasoline. Re: Rice Visits Iraq

Dax:
That's a good story. It reminds me of another, probably apocryphal story told of George W. Bush. It seems he was sitting in the oval office one day shortly after Joe Wilson's article appearaed on the op-ed page of the New York Times. Cheney said a good way to punish Wilson for exposing the admin

Re: Mexican Peppers

lizbeth:
The FDA has approved the irradiation of lettuce and spinach at the high levels needed to kill the microorganisms that cause disease. Does anyone know if Mexico has been hit with E-coli from eating its own produce or is Mexican produce only produced for export?
