Hi folks! I’m JackDiddley. I use this name, because it is the one I have always used. There is a story behind it, and if you ask me nicely, I’ll let you know what that story is. I was introduced to Fool Moon by a friend, and when I left home to go to college, it became my “cyber-home” so-to-speak. Now they can’t get rid of me!

I’m (mumble) inmyearlytwenties which makes me the baby of the Town Meeting I am also the resident Brit, (that means "guy who lives in England" for you Yanks) which gives me a useful “outsider” perspective on a lot of issues. That does tend to get me into quite a bit of trouble! It also allows me to keep up with a lot of news stories that might otherwise get missed, and it means I am prone to vent anger about issues that no-one else seems to know what the heck I'm talking about.

As I already mentioned, I moved to the University, in Bradford, West Yorkshire, in England. I've spent two years, at two different universities. However, I am currently working (almost) full-time at a Tesco store. I spend most of my time on the check-outs, where I occasionally help out as a supervisor. I am also spending time getting as much training as I can, in order to try to progress up the managerial ladder. I am also hoping to take a part-time course in politics in the autumn. This is because I have an urge to try to get into politics.

When I’m not working (or watching a rather dire rugby league side), I spend a lot of time at the Town Meeting  where I keep an eye on the World News & Opinion Forum.  I invite you to join me there.  It is a great place for intelligent conversation.

JackDiddley
